College Station Assisted Living Community
At Bluebonnet Place, a vibrant, pet-friendly senior living community in College Station, we provide compassionate care in a warm, lively environment. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our residents flourish by engaging in a variety of stimulating activities, such as tai chi, chair dancing, arts and crafts, tailgate parties, ice cream socials. We welcome pets and even offer pet therapy. We take invigorating nature walks and trips to the park, and go on shopping excursions. My experience at Bluebonnet Place has been excellent and I have no complaints. I had to leave due to personal reasons and was able to come back and even get my old room back.
Joseph Prince, Bluebonnet Place resident
We are very pleased with the assistance our mom has received from the staff, including the nurse, caregivers, housekeepers, cooks, and the maintenance man. My visits with Mom are frequently punctuated with her expressions of thanks to God for how courteous, thoughtful, helpful, gentle, and patient these people are with her. In a word, she feels loved. It is not too much to say that we are extremely grateful for the facilities, staff, and care that are contributing to our mom's being as comfortable as possible.

I have worked for Bluebonnet Place for 14 years as the Dining Services Coordinator. I have had the opportunity to work with many different residents and love my job and all my residents.
Alma Hunter, Bluebonnet Place employee
I've only been with Bluebonnet Place for a year, but I absolutely love this house. The residents truly enjoy living here and it is my firm belief that it is because they know that the staff care about them. The resident's families know they can come to us with their concerns and they develop attachments to the staff as people, not just "the help". The atmosphere is happy, the decor is lovely, the residents are active and the holidays feel like home even to me. Tonight is Family Night as well as a resident's birthday and there is a definite air of excitement in the building. Everyone is looking forward to the families coming, a special meal, and some amazing entertainment. This is what a home is supposed to feel like.
