Enlivant Expands Presence in Iowa

CHICAGO — August 3, 2015 — Enlivant announced today that it has acquired Silvercrest at Anamosa, a senior living community, consisting of 49 residential units, a portion of which are licensed for memory care. With this purchase, Enlivant enhances its ability to continue enriching the lives of seniors in Iowa where the company already has a meaningful regional presence.

Rebranded as Pinicon Place, this vibrant community will join the six Enlivant communities currently operating in the state. “We are thrilled to increase the size of our presence in Iowa where we will continue to deliver on the organization’s commitment to provide the highest level of resident care possible,” said Senior Vice President of Operations Deb Prange. Including this acquisition, Enlivant owns 100 percent of all 188 of its senior living communities across 19 states.
