Meet Enlivant's 2015 MVV Winners

We are pleased to introduce Kathy Weaver, Katie Baker, Susie Giguere and Phyllis Scott as Enlivant’s 2015 Mission-Vision-Values (MVV) award winners. This year’s MVV Award winners embody Enlivant’s core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun each and every day. 

Meet the winners, see why they were selected and how they represent Enlivant’s dedication to helping seniors thrive in mind, body and spirit.


Kathy Weaver, Resident Care Partner, Oakley Place, Greenville, OH
Kathy is an inspiration to everyone around her. She proves that when you love what you do, the impact you make on others is beyond compare. Always ready with a smile, she has a good-natured spirit and is willing to do the right thing at all times. Kathy can always be counted on to do what is best for each resident and the entire Oakley Place community. 

Kathy is also up for an Argentum (formerly ALFA) Hero Award, a national honor recognizing individuals who are ideal representatives of the hundreds of thousands of people serving in the senior living field. Katie Baker, Resident Care Partner & Medical Assistant, Eiler Place, Clarinda, IA
Katie displays compassion and patience every day in the care she takes with residents and co-workers alike. A leader by example, Katie is willing to go the extra mile, whether by jumping in and helping out a colleague, taking the time to ensure a resident is comfortable or volunteering her time outside of work. Kind and gracious, she is always the first to step up, and is a true role model at Eiler Place.


Susie Giguere, Concierge, Kingswood Place, Surprise, AZ
Genuine and caring, Susie demonstrates compassion, integrity and excellence every day. A great asset and adored team member, Susie strives to build trust and positive relationships with residents, their families and coworkers. She goes out of her way and above and beyond her job duties to support her coworkers and make sure residents are having their best day.


Phyllis Scott, Executive Assistant & Concierge, Marigold Place, Alexandria, Louisiana
Having worked with children during her tenure as a teacher and school administrator, and now working with the senior population, Phyllis has come full circle in her career. Known as the “mom” of the community, Phyllis has encouraging words for everyone at Marigold Place. From residents to co-workers, she cares for others like they are family and treats everyone with the utmost respect. Phyllis is a very positive person and can always be counted on to see the glass as half full.
