Tim’s “caviar” recipe is a family staple: it was handed down to his mom, Julie, from her mom and she is still making it now – 50 years later! Tim’s mom is such a great cook that she made her own cookbook called Cooking with Grandma. He is confident that it will be as much of a hit with his community as it has been for his family.
