Eclair Cake
It was love at first taste for Mary Ann and this delicious éclair cake. The recipe was given to her by a sorority sister, and over time Mary Ann has found that people really like something different from traditional cake. “This dessert is light, fluffy, cool and so very easy to make. It fits well at any occasion and is always a big hit,” she says. Mary Ann is thrilled to be one of our winners and is excited for her Bennett Place family as well as the whole Enlivant community, to enjoy her cake!
