Sweet Bean Pie
Dottie didn't discover this recipe until recently, but it quickly became a necessary comfort food. This Sweet Bean Pie was made for Dottie when she was hospitalized in October 2018. "The Activity Director had to get up at 5 am to make the pie to bring for me to try," says Dottie. It was a hit, and Dottie has made it several times since. She's thrilled to share it with the other residents at Langston Place in Clinton, SC, when it debuts on the community's seasonal menu this fall.
