Enlivant Heroes Go Above and Beyond

At this time, we’d like to provide an update on the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey - all Enlivant residents and employees remain safe and incredibly well cared for.
Our evacuated Enlivant residents are not only safe and well cared for, but they are well fed, clothed and even starting to enjoy bingo, manicures, listening to local gospel choirs while they await their safe return to their own Enlivant communities in Texas.
If you’re wondering how you can help employees who have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey, we have set up our very own YouCaring account. Funds will go directly to Enlivant employees who have lost their homes, vehicles and so much more. No contribution is too small to make a difference! So, will you join us in donating what you can?
Additionally, we’d like to share that we are well into the planning stages for Hurricane Irma, which is a Category 5 hurricane that will likely make landfall in the US toward the end of this week and have begun evacuating our four Enlivant communities in Florida. Finally, on behalf of Enlivant, we’d like to thank you for your compassion, kindness and generosity during this time.
With that said, we had to evacuate three communities in East Texas; Sabine Place, Rose Place and Lucas Place and four communities in South Carolina; Cypress Place, Helena Place, Pinewood Place and Savannah Place.
Rose Place and Lucas Place residents and teams were warmly welcomed and integrated into Baily Place and Marigold Place in central Louisiana. Sabine Place was safely evacuated to a wonderful hotel in Jennings, Louisiana, where the proactive response from both our Enlivant employees and the local community of Jennings has been incredible.
Some of the Enlivant management team spent Labor Day weekend in Louisiana with community employees who are working tirelessly to ensure residents are well cared for.
