We’re excited to feature another winner of our annual chef recipe contest. Chef LeRoy Combs has managed to combine three all-American favorites into one amazing dish with his Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf. A chef for 24 years, Combs enjoys creating original recipes inspired from his childhood. When you ask him what he likes best about his job at Enlivant, he’ll tell you “Making people smile through food.” This recipe is sure to do just that.
