At Barnes Place, our senior living community, residents are at the center of our small, homelike community. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. Our community welcomes pets and offers activities to help residents thrive in mind and body, such as Qigong, church communion, spa days, movies, Steeler parties, karaoke, and ice cream socials. My husband and I have a one-bedroom apartment which serves us well and is furnished and decorated to our liking. We have met many interesting people, and have built lifelong friendships.
