At every age, one of life’s greatest pleasures is the enjoyment we find at the dining table. That’s why our community puts great food and nutrition at the center of our plate, under the leadership of Culinary Institute of America-affiliated executive chefs who have run successful restaurant and hotel programs, and earned awards from the American Dietetic Association and the American Culinary Federation. 


Full Service Dining

Our kitchen is always cooking! Our dining program offers residents a variety of options at every meal, with table service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week. Snacks are also prepared each day. Our menu is chef-prepared, dietician supervised, and in most cases, can be customized to accommodate dietary preferences.


A Personal Touch

Within our intimate communities, our chefs get to know everybody, so they can pay attention to the little things that make a meal feel just right. You need heart-healthy options? You like your eggs scrambled? Your portion size a little larger or smaller? We take note and remember. So the next time, residents don’t have to tell us. We just know.

That’s the kind of personal service you might expect at a longtime favorite restaurant. In our community, it comes with every meal.


Your Recipes Make Our Menu

Our chefs pride themselves on fixing our residents’ favorite homemade meals that provide seniors the nutrition they need. Everyone is encouraged to tell us about the foods they love—then delight in finding them in our dining room. 

  • Move-In Day means welcoming new residents with recipes that make them feel at home
  • Wednesdays are Residents’ Choice Nights, when those recipes often pop right back up
  • Fun can appear at any time, from corn dogs to themed meals to ice-cream sundaes
  • Regional foods bring comforting flavors into the community, such as jambalaya in Louisiana, scrapple in Pennsylvania, or chili in Texas.


Resident & Family Recipe Contest

We’re passionate about creating menus that satisfy our residents’ appetites, and our Annual Resident Recipe Contest is a delicious way to put their tastes front and center.

We collect recipes from residents and their family members from all of our communities, and the winning recipes are served across the country in our Fall/Winter menu.
